Message	I just moved to Cali and was a bit worried that big turbos and emmisions don't mix. Now, I know that it is at least possible to pass a TD05 car. What about the wastegates pipes? Are they plugged in the exhaust? Mine are open and can get LOUD. Do you ever get pulled over for them? Thanks again for all the help, George
